The Rail Atlas is a specialized travel media platform that provides rail itineraries, high-speed train guides, and curated travel insights across Europe. We are not a travel agency, nor a carrier. We do not sell train tickets directly; we provide information and facilitate transactions with third-party providers.
2. Accuracy of Travel Information
While we strive to provide the most current and accurate rail information (including prices, travel times, and carrier policies), all information is provided "as is" and "as available." Rail network operations are subject to change without notice due to track maintenance, strikes, or service updates.
We are not responsible for:
- Train delays or cancellations.
- Incorrect pricing or itinerary changes made by third-party carriers.
- Denied boarding or missed connections resulting from travelers' failure to obtain necessary seat reservations.
